The pool could really use some cleaning and better maintenance!!! The Wi-Fi connectivity issues made working remotely quite frustrating too!!! That's not what I expected for a stay here!!!

From check-in to breakfast, the highlights were the exceptional staff like Kathleen, who made me feel at home with her warm hospitality, and Jesse did wonders with the breakfast service. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness needs attention. Overall, this place surpassed many high-end hotels I've been to!

Target audience beware

I had to request fresh towels and the floor wasn’t vacuumed in weeks. Every time I walked down the hall, I felt like I was in a scene from a horror movie with trash everywhere.

Couldn't have been better.

Checked in late after a long drive. my family was exhausted. We had pre-booked a suite but ended up with a regular room due to overbooking issues. It was frustrating, especially since we have a large family. The room we did get was clean and spacious, which helped a bit. The staff didn't seem overly friendly at check-in, and we felt a bit rushed. The breakfast next morning had a fantastic selection! The kids really enjoyed it. However, the pool area could use improvement. it was small and the water looked cloudy. We had only two towels for four of us, which was inconvenient. No extra pillows were available for the pull-out couch. that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. All in all, a nice hotel, but some aspects definitely need attention.
